On our amazing travels throughout Australia, we were able to include this beautiful city in our travel plans. Below, are just 5 attractions we enjoyed and highly rate as – Must Visit Attractions While In Adelaide!

With a population towering over one million, this is Australias fifth largest city. It’s continuing to grow rapidly, and I can see why.

Located approximately 700 miles east of Sydney, Adelaide was voted as Australias most livable city and in 2014, 🌎 Lonely Planet rated the city as one of the top ten must visit cities in the world!

Adelaide And The South Australian Coastline

Adelaide Australia

The South Australian coastline stretches for more than 3,800 kilometers. With this, it has been touted as the primary 🐟 seafood capital in the entire country.

Its ideal 🌅 climate and regions soil base, make the region best in Australia for the production of 🍇 grapes and 🍷 wine.

This part of Australia is an absolute 🍷 wine lovers paradise!

What I really loved about Adelaide and Sydney for that matter, was the beautiful surrounding 🍷 architecture. It was amazing to see the mixture of old and new architecture throughout the city.

Thebeautifully restored homes and buildings in both cities, was so nice to see!

Adelaide is particularly well known for its 🍷 colonial stone architecture which is absolutely beautiful!

Below, are just a few great attractions we enjoyed during our short stay. Places I highly recommend taking in during your visit to this wonderful city.

Visit Adelaide’s Beautiful City Parks

Linear Park Adelaide

Adelaide has over 29 🏞 parks located right in the city, which take up half of the surrounding area. There’s plenty of 🌳 green space available for you to enjoy!

Take a stroll in Elder Park or take a lovely walk along the River Torrens, in beautiful Linear Park.

Adelaide Botanical Gardens

All the parks are interconnected in one way or another. Within them, you can easily reach and visit the 🦒 Adelaide Zoo and 💐 Botanic Gardens. We walked along the river all the way to the cities 🏫 University grounds!

A great way to spend an afternoon outdoors in the beautiful warm sunshine!

We got around easily taking the cities 🚊 tram transit system. Using the tram transit, we were able to get to many places quickly and easily.

You can even get free 📶 wifi internet access while riding their tram system!

The Market is definitely – The Place – locals head to. Here, they can purchase their fresh and homemade goods, right from a multitude of vendors.
