Pure Italian Balsamic Vinegar Paired With Natural Hawaiian Flavors
On our recent visit to the Big Island of Hawaii and while staying on the Hilo side of the island, my wife and I were able to attend the hugely popular Hilo Farmers Market.
With a wide variety of vendors present at this outstanding outdoor market, there was one that caught both our 👀 eyes.
It was the 🍍 Hawaii Balsamics Vinegar display booth!
With our curiosity struck and samples to try, we just had to find out more!
Hawaii Balsamics – Modena Italy to Hawaii
Our taste buds were bursting with tropical fruit and vegetable flavors after trying a few of their samples.
As baby boomers, my wife and I are very health conscious and always use extra care in what we eat, which includes organically grown foods.
In speaking with the very friendly creators of Hawaii Balsamics, we were pleased to learn that they too, are very concerned about the foods they eat and how they are grown.
Stepping back 9 years, these folks were looking for more healthy alternatives and wanted to improve their overall diet.
As lovers of Balsamic Vinegar, they soon realized that sold in its original pure form was 💰 expensive and not always readily available.
As a result, Hawaii Balsamics was born!
The two of them had a deep feeling that healthier foods such as high quality balsamic vinegar, should not be cost prohibitive.
They discovered that in using a high quality balsamic vinegar was an excellent and healthy alternative, to that of the more common products sold that are prepared with fats, sugars and salts.
All, very unhealthy!
Today, they have uniquely combined High Quality Balsamic Vinegar direct from Italy, with 100% Natural Infused Flavors of Hawaii.
All of their flavors and recipes were conceived, inspired and born in 🏝 Hawaii.

Theres a wide variety of natural induced flavors to choose from, all great for adding to salads and other dishes.
About Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
Hawaii Balsamics gets their high quality Balsamic Vinegar from the Modena Region of Italy.
Balsamic is made from cooked grape must (freshly pressed fruit juice that contains the skins, seeds, and stems of the fruit), then slowly matured through natural fermentation.
This is followed by progressive concentration by aging naturally in a series of casks made from different types of wood.
Balsamic vinegar is a very dark, concentrated, and intensely flavoured vinegar made wholly or partially from grape must, originating in Italy.
Fast forward 9 years and Hawaii Balsamics has become a huge success both locally and abroad. Their companies catchphrase is ;
“One taste and you’ll say WOW!”
Believe me, we both did after trying a few samples!
Because my travel blog deals with Travel, Health & Wellness and particularly focusing on the millions of Baby Boomers (19461964), I was delighted to be able to feature Hawaii Balsamics.
A chance for others to learn and know more about this wonderful, healthy and very unique product.
If you are traveling to Hawaii or want to learn more about their line of Balsamic products, I have listed their official website below for your convenience.
Ive also included the website to the Hilo Farmers Market. Its definitely worth visiting when spending some time on this part of the island.
Youre sure to find Hawaii Balsamics there as well, and tell them Gr8 Travel Tips sent you!
