Gr8 Travel Tips Photo Den – Old Homestead
A presentation of our 📸 personal photographs taken during our family travel adventures around the world.
This week’s photo takes you to the beautiful Cariboo Region of 🍁 British Columbia, Canada!
Located in the central part of BC, here you will discover miles of cattle and horse farms and ranches dotted along the mighty Fraser River running from the north.
A picturesque part of the Province of BC, not to be missed!
If you happen to be one of the thousands of 🚌 recreational vehicles heading North to the State of Alaska, then you can’t miss this part of the Province.
There are so many unique places to visit, and things to see and do in the 🌲 Cariboo Region!
An Old Homestead Photograph In British Columbia
Old Homestead in 108 Mile House BC
This photo was taken at the 108 Mile House Rest Stop area, situated just north of the town of 100 Mile House.
A lovely rest area with heritage buildings from the pioneer era. This rest stop is also located alongside picturesque 108 lake.
This is a perfect place to take a break, when passing thru both north and/or southbound.
Below, I have also added the official tourism website to the Cariboo / Chilcotin Region of BC for your convenience, where you can access much more detailed information on this part of the Province.
Safe and Healthy Travels!
