A Review Of The Sheraton Vancouver Airport Hotel

The night before our recent flight out of Vancouver International Airport, we had the pleasure of staying at the beautiful Sheraton Vancouver Airport Hotel.

Located just minutes from the airport in Richmond, British Columbia, this is an outstanding luxury hotel thats perfect for both business and pleasure travelers.

Below is a brief look at our overnight stay at this lovely Sheraton property.

Sheraton Vancouver Airport Hotel – Our Stay

Here’s just a sample of what you can expect when checking into this full facility luxury hotel.

Check in was quick upon arrival and we even received a text message that our room was ready for us, prior to the normal check in time.

Deluxe Junior Suite With Balcony

Our Deluxe Junior Suite with Balcony guest room, was located on the upper floor of the hotel.

This was a superb and very spacious room, tastefully decorated and equipped with all the conveniences you would expect in this class of hotel.

Our guest room was spotless and the king bed was very comfortable, along with a new fold out Queen sofa bed. This made it ideal to accommodate my brother and I.

The room was equipped with a comfortable desk chair and table, along with sofa bed with coffee table. Both were great for relaxing, and/or using as a business desk.

This made the room perfect for business travelers, with complimentary in room high speed wi-fi, which is also available throughout the entire hotel as well.

We found the 📶 wi-fi internet connection to be excellent throughout our entire stay, with no disruptions what so ever.

The guest room bath was sparkling clean and equipped with the expected toiletries. It also had a nice easy walk in shower.

Outdoor Heated Swimming Pool And Fitness Center

The outdoor pool and hot tub looked inviting and kept sparkling clean!

Fresh pool towels are available daily, so no need to bring your own when spending time poolside.

Theres also a well equipped fitness center for those not wanting to miss their workout, just off the pool area.

Its filled with up to date equipment including; treadmills, a stationary bike, free weights and more.

The fitness center is open to guests 24 hours a day.

Complimentary Airport Shuttle Bus Service

You’re just minutes to Vancouver International Airport located just 4 miles away. The hotel offers Complimentary Airport Shuttle Bus Service daily from 06:00 AM – 01:00 AM.

Be sure to check with reception for scheduled departure and pick up times before arriving.

Harold’s Kitchen and Bar

Theres no need to go out in search of a restaurant. You can dine at Harold’s Bistro located directly off the lobby. They offer a variety of dishes ranging from; Canadian, American and East Indian dishes.

We enjoyed a full served breakfast at 06:30 prior to catching the shuttle to the airport. Service was great and the meal was superb!

Harold’s Bar

Harold’s Bar is also located inside the restaurant, where you sit back and relax with your favorite beverage and snacks, while enjoying the game on their large television.

For Starbucks fans, theres an outlet located in the main reception area as well for your convenience.

Recommendations – Final Thoughts

I would definitely recommend this hotel to both pleasure and business travelers alike, for their stay in Richmond, BC.

We had a wonderful short overnight stay, prior to our morning flight departure. Rooms were large and spotless, staff outstanding and the location was superb for airport convenience, nearby restaurants, shopping and more.

The entire grounds of the property both inside and out, were beautifully kept by the hotels staff.
