The Living Room Restaurant & Lounge in Squamish BC
If your travel plans include a drive up the Sea to Sky Highway on the west coast of BC, then be sure to include a stop at The Living Room Restaurant & Lounge.
Situated mid- way between Vancouver and Whistler BC, Squamish is a picturesque city offering visitors a multitude of things to do and see.

The Living Room Restaurant
Connected to the beautiful 🏨 Executive Suites Hotel & Resort, The restaurant and now known as Norman Rudy’s Pub, is a unique open air establishment offering casual daytime dining to a more intimate elegant dining choice in the evening.
Overlooking the Garibaldi Springs Golf Course and the Garibaldi Mountain Range, the setting is picture perfect, giving you a relaxed, peaceful country feel.

Just recently, my wife and I enjoyed a lovely lunch in the open air lounge leading on to the Fire Place Patio. One couldnt ask for a more pleasant setting for a meal on a beautiful sunny day!
Their patio is known for having one of the largest in Squamish and without a doubt, the best views as well.
Whether you wish to enjoy a local craft beer after a game of golf, lunch on the patio as we did, or a more intimate dining experience, then look no further than Norman Rudy’s Pub.
Enjoy Your Favorite Beverage while watching the Game or on the Patio
Offering a complete Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner menu, this is one of the finest choices the city has to offer, with freshly prepared meals that will satisfy most everyone.
For dinner, enjoy a more elegant but still casual style of fine dining, where you can experience a complete menu carefully prepared using only the best local ingredients by the restaurants very own award winning and well known Chef – Ryan Liebrecht.
As an example of what to expect, heres what we enjoyed on our lunch visit;
Spicy Capicolli Chicken Club
This was a beautifully prepared grilled chicken breast, with spicy capicolli ham, lettuce, tomato, guacamole mayo on a fresh focaccia bread bun. Complete with fresh tossed salad, it was superb!
Soup and Salad
My wife enjoyed a freshly prepared organic salad along with a tasty squash curry daily soup special.
An added treat and showing just how much care is taken in preparation and presentation, our glasses of water were flavored with fresh cucumber. A wonderful and refreshing unique addition. The lunch was delicious, healthy choices to choose from and the service was excellent!

The hotels restaurant has a new name – NORMAN RUDYS PUB. For delicious food, craft beers, cocktails and wine.
